AND, RECALIBRATING THE CUSTOMER JOURNEY.

It’s a common theme and statement you’ll hear me share and it’s one of the hardest things about Marketing to recalibrate; but, everything about Marketing means more when we ‘recalibrate the Customer Journey’ to realign the customer with the business and owner, at each stage of the Relationship Journey.

I share with my people a simple framework, with four stages that mirror what we would see if we looked at how a relationships evolve in our personal life and invite you dear listener to consider that every conversation; that is, every touchpoint, whether it’s an action you take, product or service you offer; email or social post, or event…

Every single thing we invest our time in – inside the business – and absolutely everything we label as ‘marketing’ either adds to the aggregate ‘conversation’ taking place with the customer – or its detracting from it.

Seeing the framework in your mind, and perhaps if you’re a visual kind of person you are drawing it out, if you do I invite you to draw it as a circle, vs. a linear set of steps.

Stage 4 • AMPLIFY
